1. What should I do now?

Whenever your car is due a service, MOT, or needs extra repair work, call 0871 871 1723 and SureMotoring will take it from there. We will listen to your request, advise on any questions you may have and then book your car into a local garage – it’s that simple.

2. How can I be sure of the standards of the garages?
SureMotoring monitors and assesses its garage network on a regular basis. If any garage fails any of the standards they may be removed from the SureMotoring network. The garages know this and work hard to maintain the right levels of workmanship and customer service.

3. Who do I pay for the repair work?
You pay SureMotoring for the work and we then pass on the payment to the garage. This helps SureMotoring maintain consistent and fair pricing, making sure you’re not paying too much, or for more than you should.

4. How do I pay?
When you call to book your vehicle in for work, SureMotoring will take your credit or debit card details to ensure that card is valid. However, no money will be deducted from your card until the work has been completed.

5. What happens if the quote changes?
When the car arrives at the garage other work might be required. SureMotoring will contract you directly, prior to any additional work being carried out, with details of any changes to your quote. You can then decide to approve the extra work or not. If you decide not to proceed you will only be charged for the work which was originally agreed.

6. What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
If you have any issues with the work done within 12 months, please call SureMotoring directly as you will be covered under your parts and labour warranty. SureMotoring will book your car into a garage convenient for you so the problem can be fixed.

Our convenient free service can take the stress out of getting your vehicle to a service centre. Our fully insured national network of service centres are able to pick up and drop off your vehicle to either home or work. Please note. The free pick up and drop off service will require 2 weeks notice prior to the service date and within a 5 mile radius of one of our 900 service centres. Additionally all vehicles receive a wash and vacumn.

All vehicles serviced through our national network will be serviced according to the manufacturers service schedules and are fitted with parts compliant to manufacturers guidelines. Since October 2003 it has been possible to service all vehicles under EC regulation 14002002 (BER - Block exemption regulation). And all work carried out is by trained technicians. Your service book history is maintained with a 12 month guarantee on all work carried out.

As the largest network of service co-ordination we are able to negotiate for all our clients the very best value in car servicing with up to 1/3rd off tyres and motoring offers. Along with our collection and drop off service vehicles receive a wash and vacumn.
